Lewis Associates is a Land Surveying and Civil Engineering firm providing services to a wide variety of clients, both commercial and residential, throughout the State of Connecticut.
  
We provide complete land surveying services with state of the art electronic measuring instruments, which includes the use of Global Positioning Systems (GPS).  Two field crews are on staff to provide optimum efficiency with the use of an advanced computer system.
One hundred percent of the firms' drafted maps are completed using Computer Aided Drafting.
 
Lewis Associates has a commitment to perfection.  With our technological capabilities, staff experience and commitment, we can provide the services necessary for the completion of complex projects.

Company History
 
Tracy H. Lewis, President and Founder of Lewis Associates, has over 35 years experience in the surveying practice.  Mr. Lewis is well-skilled in every facet of land surveying including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, aerial surveying, construction stakeout, hydrographic surveys, surveys of railroads, highways, urban streets, subdivisions and industrial parks.
 

In 2009 Lewis Associates purchased the maps and records of Clarke & Pearson Associates, Inc., a 100-year old company servicing the New Haven and Fairfield County areas, with extensive records in Ansonia, Derby, Milford and Seymour.
